- I visited two new mentees in the elementary grades.
- I put up Christmas decorations in my neighborhood.
- I assisted with a program at the Youth Detention Center.
- I visited my daughter.
- I gave my wife an unexpected gift.
Phillip Harper, Jr.
- I took my family on vacation to Orlando.
- I took my children to the Lego Store at Downtown Disney.
- I took my wife out to dinner and to see a movie.
- I cooked most of the meals for my family and the family that joined us on our week-long vacation.
- I helped my friend unload his new refrigerator.
- I took my wife out shopping while we were on vacation.
Eva Edmon
- I assisted in the preparation of Thanksgiving dinner at my mother–in–law’s home.
- I assisted my daughter in homeschooling one of our grandsons.
- My husband and I spent time cleaning our lawn of Fall leaves.
- I spent quality time talking and explaining life to my granddaughter.
- I encouraged all family members and friends to vote.
Tracy Sibert
- My husband and I watched the presidential election returns with our children on election night.
- My son celebrated his 15th birthday (he’s the youngest).
- My husband, the children, and I traveled to Washington, D.C. to be with our family on Thanksgiving.
- I prepared Thanksgiving dinner for my sister and her daughters.
- I spent some well-deserved time with my sister who was just released from the hospital.

- I drove three hours one way to support a young friend who had the lead in an opera.
- I treated my son to a special birthday dinner.
- I contributed to the Thanksgiving dinner I shared with friends.
- I took pictures and sent them to friends who are missionaries out of the country and could not attend a special event.
- I helped my sister organize her closets.
