Important Attendee Information to Review Before the Conference
- The Embassy Suites Hotel--Atlanta Airport provides complementary shuttle service to and from the Atlanta Airport from 5:00 am to 1:00 am. The shuttle departs every 15 to 20 minutes and is located in stalls 21-25 at the airport. The hotel is a couple of miles from the airport.
- You can pick up your conference materials, including the conference schedule, a shirt, a bag, and a conference toolbox on Tuesday evening, June 23, 2015 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm in an area in the lower lobby and on Wednesday morning, June 24, 2015 at the same location starting at 7:45 am.
- The conference will commence on Wednesday morning, June 24, 2015 at 8:30 am and will end on Friday, June 26, 2015 at 11:30 am.
- “I Care” will provide conference attendees with a bus tour of Atlanta on Thursday, June 25, 2015, leaving the hotel at 4:00 pm and returning to the hotel no later than 9:00 pm. The bus will stop at Atlantic Station where attendees can shop and have dinner at a restaurant of their choice. The station has several good restaurants! - You are encouraged to bring a computer or tablet with you, as we will be having hands-on training with our online systems. However, this is not a requirement.
- The hotel will provide complementary internet service to all “I Care” Conference attendees. Information on how to connect will be available at the conference.
- Parking for conference attendees is $6.00 per day instead of the standard rate of $12.00 per day.
